Bleach my hair again or tone it again?

So I’m trying to go back to blonde and I know it’s a long process. I’m a natural dark ash blonde and my hair has been brown for about a year.

I bleached my hair this morning and toned it twice but it still looks like this. I’m not sure if you’ll be able to tell since it’s still wet but any advice would be greatly appreciated!😊

So it’s not as bad as I thought it was going to turn out but it’s still bad and pretty orange. Thankfully I don’t have to leave the house any time soon so I can wait out another bleach and tone 🙌🏼

My roots are sooo light but that’s okay because I have a plan 😊
