Period messed up

Hi! Hoping someone can help me.. I accidentally clicked period started and my period isn't due for weeks yet.. And when I click delete it then just puts it the next week and my whole thing is messed up... Anyway this can be fixed? It's really annoying because my fertility window is suppose to be starting the 13th of June.. But now with this mix up its all out of order!
