Bleeding

Hi so I was bleeding bright red yesterday morning for about 30 minutes then today again started at 830 and it's still there. I am 8w3d going to my obgyn at 950 but should I be worried as I am? I'm freaking out I want this baby. Tried for 1y6m. But could I be over reacting to like how ppl have bleeding in their first tri (like 20% or 30% can't remember) like the false period, or maybe I wiped to hard and my skin is bleeding or maybe it is as bad? I went to the er yesterday and the dr couldn't see blood in the cervix so he sent me home. (But I have pics of the blood) HELP!
