Smoking and Fertility?

Hello!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about a year and 2 months now. He and I both smoke about 7 cigarettes a day, more depending on the day/situation, and he also uses smokeless tobacco (dip). I have read that smoking greatly reduces ability to get pregnant and I'm beginning to think that smoking may be what is affecting us. We have already agreed to stop and are on day two now. But I was just wondering if anyone has any success stories regarding quitting smoking and getting pregnant. Thank you so much! :)
