Anyone else work in childcare?

Hey everyone! My names Cera and I'm just about 7 weeks tomorrow, I just wanted to see I anyone else worked with early childhood, I'm a toddler teacher and haven't told anyone yet but close family and my boss. I regularly use cleaning products at the daycare like Clorox and Clorox wipes, is this safe to use with gloves? Also was wondering if anyone who works with young children is worried about them pressing on stomach? I've been picking up my kids and holding them on my side but every once in a while they will lean back and press on my stomach and I immediately move them away but I'm nervous/ worried that they might hurt the baby :( this is my first pregnancy so I might be just really over nervous.
