Please help

I have done a test this morning and it was negative then i held my pee for 4 hours and took a different brand test and got this faint line in the top photo! I have had very faint lines before (like in the bottom photo) just to be disappointed:( i guess it’s the kind of tests that are available in the country where i live that show a faint positive no matter what lol

What do you think could i really be pregnant this time?
