Platelet count issues
Anyone else having low counts? Mine started at 120 at 10w and had to go to a blood specialist today and my count is at a 84 at 29w. If my count goes below 80, I'll get steroids at 36w. If it goes below 30, I'll get steroids immediately.
I'm ok with all of that. The part I'm fretting about is the blood doc told me no epidural or CS (if EM a full sedation will happen) if it below 80 at time of delivery. The doctor told me 50. How can the same hospital be so far off with knowing what an anesthesiologist will or will not do? Sigh... I'm mentally trying to prepare myself for no pain management just in case.
