Gush of reddish fluid — I’d love your thoughts and experiences please!!

So right now I’m 10wks 6 days. I was sitting on my couch, not cramping or anything, and I felt a gush of fluid. Went to the bathroom and my underwear was light red. Immediately called the dr. She asked if I’d been cramping or anything and then said to call and schedule an ultrasound first thing tomorrow morning (after hours now). I’ve had some minor cramping since it happened but nothing serious.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? She didn’t sound overly worried but I can’t decide if that’s because she didn’t want me to be worried or because she actually wasn’t worried.....
