Early Pregnancy symptoms

I've been bding more than normal this month with hubby. Yesterday I had a weird feeling in my stomach and felt a mild cramping sensation near my uterus. Today's been pretty fine but just had a tingling sensation near my uterus just now. Yesterday I was also mildly nauseous. Should I test? My periods due next week but I was told I have pcos and my periods were irregular for a while but last few months have been normal. I'm desperately wanting a baby but hubby is lazy about trying actively.
