I voted cute because they are cute but i feel like because they both end in the "ee" sound that it is too rhyme-y like you mentioned you don't want. I would suggest to pick one and the other be something ending in a "in" sound or "ah" sound or something else not "ee" sound. So example Everly and Anya (ah sound) or Everly and Madison (in sound) or Everly and Nicole (non ee sound). Good luck :)
