Buttermilk Biscuit Breakfast Sandwiches

I made some adjustments because I used buttermilk instead of milk. Increase baking powder to 1.5 tablespoons, add 3/4 tsp baking soda and use 1.5 cups of buttermilk (you may need more depending on how thick the buttermilk is).
I baked these at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
The sandwich consists of a fried egg, Tillamook cheddar and uncured bacon.😋
