Moms I need help! Is there something wrong?

This is my second pregnancy & I was really sick with my last pregnancy but not like this... I'm only 7 weeks but I'm always dizzy I don't feel right my vision seems blurred I have constant headaches and hot flashes I have no energy to do ANYTHING at all. I of course have the normal pregnancy symptoms of nausea & gas & heart burn but I don't feel right :/

I was like that with this pregnancy & although it's better (I'm 27w) it has not gone away, mine was due to low blood pressure & low blood sugar. I have to stay very hydrated & eat/snack every 2 hours to keep my sugar levels stable
