Peeing hurts

I have had UDI one time before, and I remember the burning when I used to pee. I did get antibiotics from my doctor and it was over in a couple of days. But after a couple of months I did kinda get the same feeling of burning down there. It isn’t as strong as the ones I got when I had UDI but it comes and goes. Sometimes after I touch myself, sometimes when I don’t drink a lot of water. Do you guys think it’s a bacteria or something because I have waited a couple of weeks to see if it completely goes away but it doesn’t.
