So we made a mistake...

We brought home our twins 13 weeks ago & for what I felt at the time we’re valid reasons🤦‍♀️, they have only ever slept on me or my husband or in their swings. They happen to be in the living room so we have been sleeping in here every night as well. I know, I know, wtf was I thinking? But we were so desperate to sleep some ourselves that we just did what we had to do...twins y’all...we were desperate. Anyway, now that they’re sleeping for longer periods at night, I’d like to sleep in my bed in my bedroom but they want no part of the twin bassinet they have. We’ve tried to tough it out twice & both times gave up & went back to the living room after so much crying. Has anyone else made this mistake? How did you fix it? What is a normal transition time frame? Help🤤😴
