Infertility treatments 💰💉😨

So I just got the paper from my obgyn  for my s/o to get his "fertility tested" (200$ for him to ejaculate in a cup😱) anyways, as long as he comes back ok my doctor will set up an apointment to talk to me about the "cost of infertility options"  I thought insurance would cover it, but by the sounds of it insurance doesn't cover much (if any) and I know every situation and insurance is different, I just would like to get some kind of idea.
