Ultrasound for cyst

To start i have PCOS, the last time i had an ultrasound they told me i had about 20 cyst and put me on water pills to try getting rid of the...I go Friday for my ultrasound to see if my medicine has work. I still havent had a period. This is kinda exciting and nerve racking also because they doctor said that if the meds didnt help I would have to try yet again another medicine. But for my period she saod we would have to start clomid. So its kinda exciting but I'm pretty nervous to see where this goes. I was just wondering if there is anyone else who has when through anything like this before and what your alls out come was.
