38 weeks upset stomach 😩

Im 38 weeks and have had so much gas and a feeling I need to go to the bathroom until I get up to go!!! I'll go sit on the toilet and wait and maybe only go a little at a time, but my stomach is rumbling and I'm so gassy I feel like I could go constantly! Could this be a sign that the baby is coming soon or not much of anything?? It's been happening the last 2/3 days non stop!
