All day cramping?

I'm so worried. I'm 9w5d and I've been cramping all day. The cramps aren't bad - i would say they're more mild than my period cramps, but all of my pregnancy cramps have been fleeting until today. I've been cramping nonstop and I'm so worried something's wrong. Is this ok or am I right to worry? :(

Well as an update for any other women who may be experiencing this. I had an ultrasound today that revealed no heartbeat. I've had 0 bleeding, just cramps. I would call your doctor just to be safe. I'm absolutely devastated

Every pregnancy is different I had horrible cramps around the 8 week mark that were pretty constant, they were so bad I couldn't sleep and lasted about 3 days. I saw the doc and all was fine, just my uterus stretching.  I still get cramps now but not as severe, I'm 20 weeks.  I know it's easier said than done, but try to relax.  Cramping in pregnancy is so common.

Call your doctor... I lost my baby today... I would've been 9 weeks tomorrow.. They said my cramps was from a bladder infection.. I heard its heart beat yesterday a strong 167... Now my baby is gone... Don't mean to scare you but go to your doctor no matter what!! It doesn't hurt to go! I hope all is well..

I should add that I have an appointment Thursday and my doctor will likely only tell me to wait until then if I call. I'm just looking for a piece of mind or wondering if I should push coming in early tomorrow
