How much food does your BFing baby eat at meals?

And how old are they? What is the typical meal?

I don’t measure it. My son is 14 months old. Whatever I cook for breakfast/lunch/dinner I put on his tray he eats until he’s done, I know he’s done because he starts feeding the dogs. Some days he eats a whole banana at a time, some days he doesn’t. He also still nurses 2-5 times a day. He’s making weight and is a healthy happy guy.

My daughter is almost 9 months and eats 2-4oz of soft foods 2-3x a day. A typical meal is usually an egg yolk and 3 strawberries, oatmeal with pumpkin and cinnamon, Greek yogurt, various fruits/veggies and one meal a day is usually a meat mixed with veggies and potato or rice. Curious to see what others are eating!

Currently eating 4 oz every 2-2.5 hours but here in a couple weeks (6 months old) we will start with baby led weaning!
