Anyone else notice this?!?

Since following this page and posting a few times I find it very interesting to see and learn about the differences in names/spellings and how they range between different areas, states, etc. For example, some of the names I have posted previously have gotten negative comments saying that they are a boy name and I shouldn’t use it for a girl. However, in the area I am from, that specific name is mainly used for girls. Although I am 100% asking for input and opinions, I sometimes find them funny when I apply them to my specific area. Some of the comments become borderline rude or offensive when the reality of it is the differences in regions, opinions, etc. I try to keep this in mind when commenting on others names and be kind when responding. Just was curious if anyone else has noticed this!
