My baby has reflux and I need advice please

We have had so many issues with her she has colic and very bad reflux she vomits violently out of her nose and cries in pain 

I have been to the doctor heaps of times we had her on aptimal AR formula she was doing good then got a upset tummy so my doctor said try soy formula or lactose free so I got soy and she threw that up I got some thickener today lactose free she had a massive vomit she is putting weight on I do everything im told giving her breaks when having her bottle burping her over my shoulder rocking her while upright before burping, burping more often feeding her upright and keeping her upright after a feed for 30 minutes at a time but as soon as I put her down even though still on a upright angle in her bassinet she vomits she has colic so I put special stuff in her bottle to

Do any of you mums know any other tricks I can try until she grows out of this reflux stage i feel like I'm failing as a mummy seeing her with proper tears in her eyes breaks my heart 😞
