"Babies head is super low in pelvis"

Hey everyone! So when I was I the er yesterday, they did an ultrasound and lady couldn't find where babies head was. She did eventually finding that her head and told is "head is super low in your pelvis". Just out of curiosity would you take that as baby has dropped because I would. I mean I waddle like a penguin and when I'm walking at work I feel like I'm carrying a ball between my legs lol. I attached a picture below that I just took. By the way I'm 35 weeks. My 4th baby and one of the docs said It feels like I am dialated between 1-2 cm i know you can be dialated for a long time but I figured I'd add that lol
