Help!? Really need a response

Okay so I'm on 6-7 dpo and my breasts got squeezed during bd  and some clear fluid came out my right nipple any idea if this is an early sign of pregnancy??

I have had a child before but he's 16 months old now and I did not breast feed at all so the leaking couldn't be from that and I have no idea if I had this with my last BC I wasn't really trying

This is like completely clear like what you get in the second trimester when it starts leaking on its own. Its very strange and my boobs do hurt but that's normal for me and they do seem more veiny but that could be normal and I just never noticed it

I have a gel white fluid that comes out of my nipples my Dr said it's from my first pregnancy back in 1999.  That ended in a miscarriage
