Flu or Early Labour Signs?!

Hey ladies,

I had an OB appt on Monday and she stated that baby had a growth spurt and is now measuring to term. Last night I experienced some (sorry tmi) diarrhea and vomited 7 times within a matter of a minute. Just curious if these could be early labour signs as I’ve noticed my bump has dropped a little. Thanks a bunch! 🤗

Diarrhea is a common sign that your body is going into labor not necessarily today or tomorrow but it usually happens before as your body gets ready.

I wanna say early labor signs. I’ve been feeling off this past week up until now. Suddenly having nausea spells and I think irregular contractions
