just a feeling.

when I was pregnant with my daughter the day after conception I knew I was pregnant. don't ask me how I just did but didn't get a positive test until 19 dpo. But, I felt off when I was pregnant with her as if something had changed. suddenly I feel off again not sure if it's 100% the same but did anyone else just know?
