Sleep regression
Holy crap. How do you get through this lol. He’s been at it for a week and I’m a ftm so I didn’t realize what it was, I thought it maybe had something to do with me being gone for almost 3 days then not being home all week and running around everywhere(I had a death in the family so schedule was way off) but the past two days we’ve been getting back to our routine but he’s still not sleeping. He won’t nap, he’ll maybe take an hour nap a day. I rock him every night, have since birth but he always goes down just fine when I lay him down. But now as soon as I lay him down he scream and screams until I get him. I tried waiting 10+ minutes but doesn’t work. Or he’s constantly waking up. A few nights my boyfriend got him to fall asleep and he’s stayed asleep all night or the only other way he’ll sleep without waking up is if he sleep with me. And I need sleep so its hard not to let him, but I don’t want to make that a habit. HELP what should I do without making habits, and getting sleep for him and I😞
