Poop question? Pic included

Hi ladies, I was wondering if anyone can give some advice. Unfortunately, my 7 week old has had her formula change a few times. She was initially on similac advance, then sensitive, then I had her on enfamil gentlease, and we just changed it to gerber good start soy. The enfamil seemed to have a lot of iron because she was always having a hard time pooping and when she did it was green. We finally decided to do soy and I put her on it on Saturday. However, she’s now dealing with hard stools. Her doctor says it’s because it takes about two weeks to get adjusted to the new formula but I feel so bad with her straining and screaming. This is what her poop has looked like yesterday and today. She only poops once a day. Idk why I can give her to make it softer. I boiled two ounces of water yesterday and put a tea spoon of brown sugar and I think that’s what made her go yesterday but her poop it’s hard. Any suggestions for a FTM?
