Okay ladies contractions or gas pain?

So ladies last night I was having really bad pains in my stomach, back and abdomen, i threw up and I went to bed and they persisted but then went away. I woke up this morning with the same pains but less intense. Now I woke up from a nap and I’m having some lower back pain along with cramping like period/ gas cramping. I’ll feel the lower back pain first then the cramps and a tightness in my stomach. I’m 36 and 6 so I don’t really know what to think of them yet. This is also my first baby and I’ve never experienced anything like this so I don’t really know what’s contractions and what’s not.
