Normal/Concerned slight TMI and Long

I am 34+5w with baby 3 and have never gone into natural labor. This will be my 3rd csecetion and after reviewing my 1st csection a vbac will do more harm than good. With that being said when I was cleaning outy Vagina (my discharge does not flow out like it should and to avoid infections I manually clean it out. Doc is okay with this) I felt the babies head move on my finger. Now I was not deep in there and was not rough. My concern is I may be going into natural labor on my own. It was also softer down there than usual. Is this normal? Please help have an appointment tomorrow morning.
