Emotions eeeeemotiooonsss :(

Af due tomorrow. Went to the doctor today . Test came out negative. Got a ultrasound he saw small cysts on one of my ovaries . Also, uterus lining was thick which means AF will be here tomorrow. I feel so sad . Have to go back next week for lab results because the hpt i took I saw a faint line . Anyways so emotional right now.
