Help...brown spotting past af due??

I was supposed to start af yesterday, nothing. Had brown discharge this morning and put a pad on...nothing since when I wiped. No cramps. No pregnancy symptoms..just tired, back hurts, and bad acne. My husband is active duty military and just deployed Monday for the first time, not sure if it's stress, depression, anxiety, etc... I had this spotting last cycle and then started af, dr said early miscarriage. What do y'all think?? advice please. ​
