Trust issues

I’m not sure if I’m overly sensitive and have trust issues but I can’t seem to trust my husband. He’s never given me a reason other then he has rig pigs friends that cheat on wife and girlfriend likes it’s normal.

I’m away from him right now on business and feel overwhelmed that he’s up to something, super draining to top it off he always telling me he loves me no matter how crazy I act with jealousy but sometimes I wanna rip my own head off.
