Mamas I need BF advice!
I’m a FTM and took a breastfeeding class yesterday (soo much information!)
Well they *recommend* exclusively breastfeeding for the first four weeks, no bottles, artificial nipples, pacifiers, or anything. They say it causes confusion with learning hunger signals and the baby gets lazy because there’s no effort put forward so they end up having a weak latch.
I want to pump so that my husband is able to feed and bond with her as well, but don’t want to jeopardize breastfeeding.
What do you mamas think?
Have you waited the full four weeks?
Have you used bottles and pumped early on?
