Prep for Child Birth

Hello all I’m a first time mom and I was wondering if people had recommendations to prepare for the delivery. Also, is there anything that my husband can do to prepare? I’ve witnessed births before but hubby will probably be walking in blind. Are classes really that helpful? I’ve been seriously skeptical about them given how they are depicted but if they’re really useful I would look into it. I have no desire to have an unmedicated birth just to make it through to get the prize on the other side.
