4wk pregnant - what do I do?

I just found out I'm pregnant, and I don't know what to do. Idk when to tell our parents, how to - the proper way and to make it exciting. We've been trying for a year so I want to make it special. I also don't know when to call my dr. I keep finding conflicting information online. It still doesn't seem real. I keep testing and getting positives, but I don't "feel" pregnant. My sister also just announced she was pregnant 2 weeks ago, so I don't want to announce too soon because I don't want to take her thunder. Idk what to do. Please, kind advice.
