Swollen breast in my 2 month old?

My daughter is 2 months and 16 days old and her breast have become very swollen. Yesterday it just seem like her gland was a little and now this morning her nipples are way more pink and larger looking then normal, normally they are the color of her skin and not very noticeable. Now they are very and the gland is much much larger. I called her doctor yesterday and left a message for the nurse to return my call and she still hasn’t gotten back to me. Can anyone let me know any info in the mean time.
