FTM here, I live in PA. and im wondering if I need to bring my breast pump to the hospital?

Milk usually doesn’t come in until 3 days. I was in the hospital for 2 extra days because I got sick & I had a c section so that was 2 days already, so they had a pump for me. 
Most likely you’ll be home.

Agreed with these other comments and I've been reading it's recommended to exclusively breastfeed for 4 weeks before introducing a bottle to avoid confusion.

Your milk mostly likely won’t come in until after you get home. While in the hospital you’ll still probably only be producing colostrum.  But hospitals do have pumps there if you would happen to have an extended stay.
