Are there any meds to help with anxiety that are actually safe during pregnancy?

No. but if your anxiety is bad enough it's worth it. You can do meditation and diet change to improve as well. 6 mos prior to trying I got odd all.meds by doing that and I have generalized anxiety, ocd, bi polar and bpd.
