How do I stop myself from eating all the wrong things! 😫😫
I’m not exactly craving anything yet, or at least I don’t think I am - but my will power is just through the floor!
Three doughnuts yesterday, three mini cheesecakes today one after the other, packets of crisps, takeaway tonight.
I just seem to be telling myself ‘you deserve it.’ 🙄
Pregnancy is no excuse to get fat. I lost weight to start with which made my BMI towards the low end, so I just keep telling myself I’m allowed.
It’s not that it will just make me fat though; it’s unhealthy!
How can I curb my eating. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
(I even ate a whole Brie which I know is a pregnancy no no! I just couldn’t stop even though I knew I shouldn’t be doing it!)
