What to buy new?

I’m going to a giant kid’s consignment sale today, and I want to know what not to buy used. I don’t need a crib, but I need pretty much everything else.

It’s really just personal preference. I’d buy a car seat, crib mattress and bottles new. 
Anything else is fair game IMO.

My thing was anything I couldn't wash I was gonna but new.

Only thing I had to have new was a carseat.
