Ok so I'll start from the beginning.. last June me and hubby started trying for our first baby, I got pregnant straight away, everything was good until the first scan at 12 weeks where we found out that baby had anencephaly and was unviable for life. We were given the option of abortion or carry to full term knowing that baby with either be stillborn or die shortly after birth. We opted for abortion as we thought it would be kinder for baby and easier for us to cope with. I had a surgical abortion at 15 weeks, I bled fairly heavily for 3 days and then lightly for 3 (not too different to my normal period) my next period was 6 weeks later and normal flow but lasted 8 days. my cycles have been 25 days, 25 days, 23 days since. I am now currently on day 29 and no sign of my period, I took a test and it was bfn and I have no idea what's wrong with me. Before all of this my cycle was really predictable, 27 day cycle, cramping started 4 hrs before bleeding, sore boobs 24 hrs before and spotting around 2 hrs before. We have been trying to conceive again since October, we have taken ovulation tests and it's just not happening. I know 4 months isn't long but it happened so fast first time and I'm so stressed and unhappy 😔.
