Spotting
I think I’ve lost my entire mucus plug, or almost all of it, and I noticed some read in my underwear. Spotting is normal when you’re losing your mucus plug, right? I’ve been having mild contractions as well and I’m almost 4cm dilated. My OB said once my contractions become stronger, I can go to L&D.;
