No heartbeat I'm out :( Protein S

Today should have been 7w 3 days. I measured the same as last week and no heartbeat found. The doctor came in to verify with the ultrasound tech. After two chemicals and last years miscarriage at 7w. I think I am done. I am 41 and have been TTC for almost two years with no children. They found something with my Protein S bloodwork that could be the cause. Now I wait to see if I MC or go back in a week for D&C. I will also be seeing a specialist for the protein issue soon. Thanks to all for the great support on here and I wish the best for everyone. My heart is broken so I think my TTC journey is done. Time to get on with the rest of my life.
