Really scared

I went to pee and there was blood. I had blood before but not this way. I called my doctor and she asked me to stay off my feet and come in tomorrow. I'm so scared right now. My husband us on the way home from a trip and I'm really scared. The nurse asked to go to the ER if it worsens. I have an anxiety disorder and I'm having an attack. I'm 7 weeks along and this is my first after trying for 18 months.
