Menstrual cup insertion help please
Hi! So this is my first time using a menstrual cup - I have a Lunette model one. And I'm really struggling to insert it. If I can insert it, it opens up too early, and is like half outside of me. What do I do? Are there any folds you recommend? Do I need lubricant? If so, is there any specific kind I need? Thanks for all of your help!
