Heating pads
I notice a lot of moms are afraid to use heating pads during pregnancy, I’ve also had people makes comments to me for using them. So I looked it up and it’s actually beneficial for helping with aches and pains along with movement in pregnancy without raising core body temperature. So heat pad away darlings!
