Close to 2 weeks. And then the weight melted off too.

Following. I had my c section 5 days ago and from belly down is very swollen. The compression socks only help where they cover but my thighs are SO huge...it's almost comical. My doctor said just drink tons of water, move around(but not too much) and eat healthy.

My feet looked like feet again a little over a week after giving birth.  I was down 53+ lbs 2 weeks after giving birth.  But I had pitting edema from the belly down for a couple of weeks before giving birth.

2 weeks for me as well but they advised to keep the compression socks on for 6 weeks
