2 weeks pp bleeding

Does this sound normal at all? Should I call my doctor or is it nothing to call home about?

So it's about 3 in the morning, and my lo woke up for a feed so I changed his diaper and fed him. Well, I was awake and decided to play on my phone a bit until I was tired enough to go back to sleep. As I was laying in bed, I felt a gush. I initially thought I peed myself somehow, but it was blood when I checked and of course I bled right where the pad wasn't so I had to change my undies and thats when I discovered the extent. I had to use 3 to 4 wipies to clean myself off. I don't think it was enough to fill a whole pad but it was definitely a lot. I have a 2 year old and had to clean the house for company to visit so I'm thinking I'm doing way too much when I should be trying to relax and recover.
