What can this pain mean/or be? help

Im 35wks. Lately I've been having this pain mostly around my vaginal area & sort of ends below my back. Its an unbearable pain that happens everytime I try to get up from bed or I try turning around to my left or my right side while I'm asleep, so I have a really hard time turning because of the pain, it hurts more when I move or add strength to my body move or get up. It kinda feels like pressure & this pain comes & goes. So its not always there. What could it be? Have any ladies experienced this?
