Post nipple Piercing question

I just got my nipples pierced in jan.. i never had bleeding, “crusties”, or discharge of any sort.

today- I woke up and had some crusty looking stuff around on and a cream colored pus.. is it infected? I don’t have any pain or irritation, it’s just never happened to me and i don’t know if i should take them out or not!

I clean them religiously 2 times a day and use the saline spray 😩
